Craftsmanship & Made in USA Manufacturing

I am Ashley, Founder and Chief Creative of Olive Branch Road. Thank-you for being here.

Why We Chose U.S. Manufacturing

The decision: My family values being Americans, and it was an important decision for our brand to manufacture here and keep as much of the process made domestically as we could.

Benefits: no tariffs so able to keep costs down, aligning with my own values and knowing that we are able to see our factories and how people are treated.

Challenges: Finding vendors that made denim and trims (buttons, tags, etc.) in America that would allow us to have an affordable product for our customer.

How it aligns with our brand’s mission: Our mission at Olive Branch Road is we are committed to providing high-quality, stylish denim that empowers the modern woman. We blend quality, comfort, and conscious designs to provide wardrobe staples that align with your lifestyle. Rooted in authenticity, each item reflects a personal connection to the heart of our brand, making it more than just another purchase.

With every stitch, we aim to create clothing that feels as good to wear as it does to keep—pieces you’ll reach for time and time again. Our denim isn’t just worn—it’s lived in, loved, and trusted creating a lasting relationship between you, your wardrobe, and the stories you create along the way.

Being American made and taking care of our team was such an important piece of the puzzle to launching this brand.

Also, using deadstock Fabric and leather in LA was really important to me and the brand. We have an incredible team in LA who’s been able to help us source fabric that was leftover or unused by larger production runs. I loved the idea of giving them life and making some thing exclusive for you that once it’s gone it’s gone. This fabric wasn’t incorporated into other garments or was overproduced (and trust me, it’s worth trying on. It’s difficult to communicate how amazing it feels in person. My designer said it feels like five year old denim you’ve been wearing out of the box!). Like your own story, you get to help this incredible denim and the leather patches have a new story.

Process in LA:

  • Submit sketches to pattern maker
  • Patterns created
  • Fit sessions by samples twice with comments to factory
  • Production comments need to be released for final adjustments
  • Production cutting
  • Sewing to be done
  • Laundry to be done
  • Finishing
